A large rural finca located a little (1km) to the north of Orgiva, with a three bedroom house and outhouses.. The house was built in 1989 and has 156 m2, and consists of a large living room with fireplace and open plan kitchen at one end, three bedrooms and a bathroom. In front and to one side isa covered terrace, with very fine views to the south, of Orgiva, the Guadalfeo valley and the SIerra Lujar, and in the distance the Mediterranean. The land is 20,500 m2 of irrigated land, south facing and gently sloping, with 80 olive trees, 160 avocado trees, and 600 orange trees. The land has ecological classification and the owners sell the produce in France and Germany. The land is walled, and has five entrances. The owners have recently segregated the land into four plots with the idea that the three plots without the buildings can eventually be built on if so desired.
