A finca consisting of a 200m2 two storey building on 3.1 Ha of land, located above Soportujar at an altitude of 1,000m, and reached by about 3km of good track. The building dates from 1995, and is partly completed.The construction is of cement blocks and beams, and the lower floor is an open storage space. The upper floor is more complete, with an internal wall dividing it into two parts, and with a fireplace, w.c., shower stall, and kitchen area, but these are not separated from each other and need partitioning off. There is space for up to three bedrooms. Water for domestic use and for irrigation comes from an adjacent alberca ( water storage deposit). There is a nearby HT line, so electricity could be supplied via a transformer, or alternatively by solar panels. The land consists of four adjacent plots of irrigated land, mostly gently sloping, south facing with very fine views and on clear days the coast of Morrocco visible. In addition to the track access, there is a second more direct access, ( camino de las montañas), a steep and windy cement road, going directly to Soportujar. This finca may be an interesting project for someone.
