A finca consisting of of two adjacent plots of land, in all 3,800 m2, and an old water mill, in ruins but with parts of it restored, and a recently built building of 90 m2. The restored parts of the mill are now a room with a fireplace, and a shower room with w.c. The modern building is one large undivided space inside. The land is level or gently sloping, fenced, with fine views to the south. Access is by footpath from one direction and from the other by a track from the river bed, projected to be improved. The buildings are not on the title deed, but the owner says that they can be regularised. The finca has irrigation water, and electricity can be connected.
