A plot of hillside land, located at an altitude of 1,200m above the village of Soportujar, south facing, with fine views, good access and water, and permission to build up to 50 m2. The land is 5,568 m2 in all , of which 4,365 m2 is classified as irrigated agricultural land, the rest as pasture. Access is by a good, little used cement road, steep in parts, that bisects the property. The land is south facing, and has very fine views of the Guadalfeo valley, the Sierra Lujar, and as far as the Mediterranean. The land has water rights, and its northern boundary is an acequia (water channel) that provides the irrigation water. The town hall has given permission to build up to 50 m2, but this building cannot be a permanent residence. Soportujar is a pretty pleasing village, populart with tourists, located a short distance ( 10 km) from Orgiva, a town of 5,000 with many facilities.
